2 cups Health Valley Corn Crunch-Em's®
2 cups Health Valley Rice Crunch-Em's®
2 cups Perky O's® (gluten-free, no oats)
1 cup gluten-free pretzels (try Ener-G®)
2 cups salted roasted pumpkin seeds
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 tablespoon molasses
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 cup canola oil

  1. Preheat oven to 250°. Combine Crunch Em's, Perky O's, pretzels and pumpkin seeds in a large bowl. Toss gently.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients; add to cereal mixture and mix well to coat. Spread mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Let cool and store in an airtight container.

Per serving: 220 calories, 15g fat, 2g sat fat, 15g carbohyrdrates, 9g protein, 197mg sodium, 1g fiber
