Recipe: Ginger Mint Cucumber Agua Fresca

  • 10 springs of mint
  • 3 cucumbers, chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • Bittercube Ginger Allspice Bitters
  • Nixie Lime Ginger Sparkling Water
  • To Make:
    • Blend together the mint, cucumbers, a water
    • Strain, reserving the liquid
    • Add to a glass with ice
      • 3 oz. of mint/cucumber mixture (or a generous splash)
      • 1 squirt Bittercube ginger Allspice Bitters
      • Fill to the rim with Sparkling Water
      • Add a lime slice for garnish

Tasty Toast Toppers for a Quick and Healthy Meal

Recipe: The Neopolitan

  • Two slices sourdough bread
  • Olive oil
  • Ya Ya's  Red Pepper Skordalia
  • Ya Ya's Jalapeno Honey Skordalia
  • Pistachios, ground
  • Cucumber slices
  • Cherry Tomato, sliced
  • To Make:
    • Toast the bread and drizzle with olive oil
    • Spread half with Red Pepper dip, and half with Jalapeno Honey dip
    • Sprinkle Pistachios on top
    • Add a slice or two of cuke to the Red Pepper and a sliced cherry tomato to the Jalapeno Honey

Recipe: Rise, Shine and Crunch

  • English muffin
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Honey
  • Lemon zest, fresh
  • Fresh berries
  • To Make:
    • Toast the English muffin
    • Spread on the ricotta cheese
    • Drizzle with honey
    • Sprinkle of lemon zest
    • Top with fresh berries
