A moist and delicious two-handed Dagwood sandwich made for two.  
serves 2


2 tablespoons canola or vegannaise mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
2 slices Fiddleheads Whole Wheat Bread, divided
Taylor baby spinach leaves, divided
2 slices tomato
2 slices Plainville sliced chicken or turkey lunchmeat
1 slice Andrew & Everett pepper jack cheese
2 slices Plainville ham lunchmeat
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
1 slice Andrew & Everett havarti cheese

Dagwood Sandwich

1. Combine first 3 ingredients. Spread about 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise mixture on one side of two bread slices.
2. Top one slice of bread with spinach leaves, tomato slices, turkey slices and 1 slice of pepper jack cheese.
3. Top with ham slices, cucumber, and Havarti cheese.
4. Top with spinach and remaining slice of bread. Cut in half and share with a friend or save the other half for later!

Per serving: 412 calories, 23g fat, 7g sat fat, 33g carbohydrates, 19g protein, 749mg sodium, 6g fiber
