Cranberry Apple Chicken Wraps

Make these wraps with leftover baked chicken or grab a rotisserie chicken from the deli. Apples and dried cranberries add some sweet/tart texture and Outpost’s own Garden Veggie dip is one of our all-time favorites. These wraps are perfect for a warm autumn picnic in the park or packing in the kids’ lunch boxes.  
makes 4 wraps


2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
2 cups apple, chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries
4 tablespoons Outpost Garden Veggie Dip, divided
4 Gitto tortillas, room temperature
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup fresh baby spinach, divided

1. In a small bowl, combine the chicken, apple, dried cranberries, salt and pepper.
2. Spread one tablespoon of Garden Veggie Dip over a tortilla. Top with ¼ cup spinach and ½ cup chicken mixture. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
3. Roll your wraps and put on a plate, seam side down until serving.

Per serving: 337 calories, 7g fat, 2g sat fat, 36g carbohydrates, 31g protein, 477mg sodium, 4g fiber
