Tahini Lemon Sauce

IIsn't it fun to say tahini? Try this zesty dressing drizzled on greens, as a dip for fresh vegetables or served with falafel tucked in pita bread. It’s delicious tangy flavor really brings out the brightness of the veggies.
make 4 1/2 cups

Ingredients

2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 cups scant tahini
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup tamari
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon garlic, finely minced
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
1/3 cup canola oil
1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix well with a hand blender until well combined. Alternatively place in blender or food processor and process until well combined.
