Berry Breakfast Smoothie

One of the best healthy smoothies you’ll come across and its taste can’t be beat. Frozen fruit has a better texture and consistency, but frozen or fresh, this is a delicious anytime smoothie.

Ingredients

10 ounce package Woodstock Organic Frozen Mixed Berries
1 medium carrot, peeled and grated
1 cup low-fat milk
1 cup pomegranate or juice
2 cups ice

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until it’s a smooth consistency.
