Milk Money – Buy a gallon today to help a family in need tomorrow.
Thousands of Metro Milwaukee families lack adequate access to healthy food. Many barriers stand in their way, but the greatest of these is poverty.
According to Hunger Task Force:
- Milwaukee is the poorest metro area in the state of Wisconsin
- Approximately 32,000 local residents visit Hunger Task Force network food pantries per month
- 34,000 MPS children participate in daily school provided breakfasts

Milk is a wholesome, inexpensive source of both protein and calcium and helps ensure healthy bones and teeth. We encourage Outpost shoppers to make a $4.00 donation (the average cost of a gallon of milk) at checkout that will then be donated to Hunger Task Force to support local families in need, as well as Wisconsin dairy farmers.
