We love turkey at Outpost! Stop by as we near Thanksgiving and watch the feathers fly as people gobble up our local, organic, heritage and heirloom birds. In the meantime, flock with us at Heritage Turkey Farm in Waupaca, Wisconsin. We love the guard dog.

Ingredients

1 large whole grain flour tortilla
1 tablespoon mayonnaise or hummus
2 slices of sliced turkey meat
Small handful of baby spinach leaves
2 slices of Provolone, Swiss or cheddar cheese
2 slices of thinly sliced tomato
2 tablespoons Ranch salad dressing (or low fat Ranch if you prefer)

Directions

Step 1
Spread hummus or mayonnaise over tortilla to within 1/2 inch of the edges. Top with sliced turkey, spinach leaves, sliced cheese and tomato slices along the center one-third of the tortilla. Pour salad dressing over ingredients.
Step 2
Roll the tortilla up tightly to enclose the filling. Cut in half lengthwise. Wrap both halves in plastic wrap or put into a covered container. Pack into a lunchbox or bag.
