Easy Pulled Pork
Rating (0 Rated)
A good pulled pork sandwich is one of the joys of summer barbeques. The kings and queens of barbeque all have their own recipes, many quite convoluted, to prepare the falling-apart tender, delicious meat. But it doesn’t have to be hard at all. A handful of ingredients and a slow cooker will do the trick. We’ve seen ginger ale recommended as the liquid of choice, but a black cherry soda adds a slight tang.
serves 8-10

Ingredients

2 lb. pork butt roast
1 can Blue Sky Black Cherry Soda
1 Walla Walla onion, medium
1 bottle barbecue sauce (we recommend Two Fat Guys)
