Curried Mango Yogurt Dressing

Excellent - sweet and just a little spicy. Wake up a ho-hum chicken or tofu salad using this dressing instead of mayo.
makes 1 1/4 cups


1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
3 tablespoons prepared mango chutney
1 1⁄2 teaspoons curry powder
2 teaspoons red onions, minced
1 tablespoon lime juice
