Ingredients
1 cup extra firm silken tofu
1 cup honey
4 tablespoons grated onion
4 tablespoons poppy seeds
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup canola oil
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons paprika
Directions
- Process tofu in food process or blender until completely smooth and creamy. Add remaining ingredients and process until well combined. Store in refrigerator.
