The "I'm running late for work" Bagel

All the goodies on this bagel provide lasting energy throughout the morning. It contains lots of flavor, texture and healthy bennies. Add craisins, sunflower seeds or a little honey for added goodness and taste.

Ingredients

1 small whole-wheat bagel, toasted

1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

1 small ripe banana, sliced

Directions

  1. Cut bagel in half and toast.
