We love smoothies! They’re healthy, portable, and nutrient-packed, perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner and any time in between. With more antioxidant power than blueberries, aronia berries are at the top of the ORAC table and make a great addition to your favorite smoothie base. On their own, aronia berries have a somewhat distinctive flavor so we like to blend with other berries and fruits. Mix things up and discover your favorite combination.

Ingredients

1 cup SO Delicious unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup frozen Bellbrook Berry Farm aronia berries
1 cup frozen SnoPac strawberries or blueberries
1 banana
1 scoop Tera’s Whey vanilla protein powder
