The kale, fruit, chia seeds, protein powder and kefir provide a filling smoothie that’s full of healthy fats, protein, probiotics, vitamins, minerals and tastes great. 
makes 1 serving

Ingredients

1 small green apple
1-2 leaves of kale, main stalk removed
1 cup water
1 serving of Outpost’s Show Me the Whey protein powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
1/2 thumb of ginger (optional)
1 cup of Coloma’s Michigan Frozen Fruit Mix
1 cup plain, whole milk kefir
